Why work with us?

Triin / Country Manager in Latvia & Lithuania
"I joined Traveller team as a guide in 2016, with the intention of working just for one summer. Yet, I loved the job and more importantly the team, so much that I never left. Right now I’m responsible for building my own team in Latvia & Lithuania and I am very excited about this new challenge."
Marii / Country Manager in Estonia
"For a long time I have not had a day where I didn’t want to go to work. I’ve got the world’s coolest colleagues. In our team hard work is appreciated and opportunities are given to develop further in your career. It is a place where people intentionally miss trains, trams and busses to spend more time with co-workers."
Heli / Tour Leader in Estonia
"Working as a guide has given me knowledge and confidence, widened my world view and given the opportunity to work with cool young people, who’d gladly have a beer, or two, with me after work. It’s not just a job; it’s more like a family."
Kert / Tour Leader in Estonia
Being a tour guide is like travelling, but without leaving your country. I have learned so much about different countries and cultures and created new contacts from all around the world. This job has developed my leadership skills, given me confidence, but above all, made me a better person. Tour guiding is real Rock’n’Roll.
