Laura (LT) Tour Leader & Queen of Lithuania

Laura is a bundle of energy - always funny, bubbly and smiling. She would be able to run a marathon and still have energy left over for a karaoke song.

Most of what Laura does comes from her love of people. During university years she helped people from abroad get accustomed to Lithuanian culture and country as a volunteer, she has been a day camp leader as well as a sales rep and has a bachelors in public relations. It’s all about communication and getting to know new ideas and perspectives (pssst…Though hopefully this will be irrelevant in the context of tours, Laura also has a masters in disaster management).

In her free time you can find Laura either enjoying company of her friends, playing volleyball singing and playing guitar or hanging out in beautiful places in the Lithuanian nature.

On her tours Laura will show you sights you cannot find in brochures or travel guides, all of this adventure is if course accompanied by learning how to sing along to local folk songs under Laura’s expert guidance.

"To travel efficiently between cities"

We traveled from Vilnius to Riga as a group of seven. While each of us explored the sightseeing spots individually, we all sat together around a round table for lunch. It wasn’t just a simple transfer between cities — the tour took us to several remarkable places that would be quite difficult to visit on our own. I found it extremely efficient. My only regret is that we couldn’t visit the interior of Rundāle Palace.

"A Lovely Trip!"

Laura was our guide and she absolutely aced it with her personality, knowledge and driving skills. She made sure we had ample time in each destination, took care of any issues, and provided just enough commentary to be informative and not overloading us. The destinations themselves were varied in atmosphere and tone, but all were memorable and well worth the time. The weather was unpredictable, from sun to rain and back to grey skies, but we still managed to have fun.

"Vilnius–Riga Sightseeing Tour Bus"

The tour guide was incredibly enthusiastic and friendly, making it easy for a group of people who had just met to get along and enjoy the day together without any awkwardness. He was extremely knowledgeable about history and the events of the past, and provided us with many interesting insights throughout the tour. It was a wonderful experience and made the whole day even more enjoyable.

"It was terrific "

The guide was just wonderful. She knows so much, was sooooo funny and cool. A dream. The castle was very nice, we recommend absolutly to go in even if it costs extra. Actually all the excursions were well planned. It was good mix.

"Wonderful day trip"

We had a beautiful and Laura was very informative. Best way to travel around Baltic Sea countries.

"Best way to travel from Vilnius to Riga!"

If you’re traveling from Vilnius to Riga, the Traveller tour is an excellent option. My wife and I had a chance to see the Lithuanian and Latvian countryside as well as tour places we might not have visited. The van was air conditioned, new and comfortable. Our guide, Laura, enhanced our visit to the Baltics by sharing history and giving us insights into the Baltic peoples. Laura was energetic, entertaining and fun! We’d definitely recommend Travelers Tours!
